Originally from Germany, Lisa moved to Canada and eventually found a home in the veterinary field. Growing up surrounded by horses and dogs, a love for animals was always part of life. Before joining the clinic, Lisa built a career in hospitality as an Assistant Front Office Manager at a Boutique Hotel and then spent time as a Flight Attendant, traveling the world and perfecting the art of staying calm under pressure - an unexpected but useful skill in a busy veterinary practice!

Lisa loves working in the veterinary field because it combines her passion for animals with her desire to help others. Being part of a team that makes a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners is incredibly rewarding. That’s why she loves working at Oceanside Animal Hospital because of its family-like atmosphere, where everyone deeply cares and supports each other to provide the highest quality care.

Funny fact: After years of greeting hotel guests and airline passengers, Lisa now prefers clients with wagging tails and happy purrs! ;)
