Question 1

PUPPY OR KITTEN PLANS

Answer

The Puppy and Kitten plan includes:

Unlimited office visits and medical exams for the entire year
Vaccinations
- Puppies – DA2PP, Bordetella, Lepto if recommended, Rabies vaccines
- Kittens – FVRCP, Feline Leukemia, Rabies vaccines
Comprehensive Physical Exam at 8, 12 and 16 weeks of age
- Includes a cardiovascular evaluation to assess heart function, weight assessment for tracking and management, and abdominal palpation to check for abnormalities. The musculoskeletal evaluation examines bones, joints, and muscles, while the pulmonary/lung evaluation assesses respiratory health. At the doctor’s discretion, a rectal exam may be performed. An otoscopic exam inspects the ears and a coat and skin evaluation checks for dermatological issues. The urogenital evaluation focuses on reproductive and urinary health. Additionally, the exam includes a dental check-up, an ophthalmic exam for eye health, and a neurological exam to assess the nervous system.
Intestinal Parasite Fecal Screening
Pre-anesthetic Bloodwork
- Includes a complete blood count (CBC) and assess your pet’s liver, kidneys and blood glucose.
Spay (Female) or Neuter (Male) Surgery
- Includes general anesthesia, IV catheter +/- IV fluids, tattoo, laser treatment and pain medication
Travel Health Certificates (when needed)

Question 2

BASIC WELLNESS PLAN - For young, healthy pets

Answer

The Basic Wellness Plan includes:

Unlimited office visits and medical exams for the entire year
Annual Comprehensive Physical Exam with Vaccines as recommended by the veterinarian
General Wellness Panel (1 per year)
- Comprehensive Blood Panel
- Intestinal Parasite Fecal Screening
- Urinalysis (with collection)

OR

- $200 towards any DVM recommended panel
Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment and Treatment (COHAT)
- 25% off dental cleaning

Question 3

SENIOR WELLNESS PLAN - For pets over 6 years old or with health conditions

Answer

The Senior Wellness Plan includes:

Unlimited office visits and medical exams for the entire year
Biannual Comprehensive Physical Exam with Vaccines as recommended by the veterinarian
Comprehensive Wellness Panel (1 per year)
- Geriatric Panel
- Thyroid Bloodwork
- Pancreatitis Test
- Intestinal parasite Fecal Screening
- Urinalysis (with collection)

OR

- $340 towards any DVM recommended panel
Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment and Treatment (COHAT)
- 25% off dental cleaning

Question 4

DENTAL WELLNESS PLAN - For any pet requiring a dental

Answer

The Wellness + Dental Plan includes:

Unlimited office visits and medical exams for the entire year
Biannual Comprehensive Physical Exam with Vaccines as recommended by the veterinarian
Comprehensive Wellness Panel (1 per year)
- Geriatric Panel
- Thyroid Bloodwork
- Pancreatitis Test
- Intestinal parasite Fecal Screening
- Urinalysis (with collection)

OR

- $340 towards any DVM recommended panel
Annual Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment and Treatment (COHAT)
- Includes hospitalization, general anesthesia, IV fluids, full mouth x-rays, dental scaling and polishing. *Additional fees will apply if tooth extractions are required*
